The new Lexus crossover will save on fuel as gasoline consumption of the model is surprisingly low. A hybrid modification of RX 450h+ has been officially presented.
The new version will join the RX 2024 model lineup and will go on sale at the end of 2023. This is reported by CarBuzz.
Externally, the new Lexus RX 450h+ does not differ from the standard crossover, which changed generation in 2022. However, it's all about the economy and the powertrain.
The car is powered by a 2.4L gasoline engine that is paired with an electric motor. The combined output is 275 hp and 430 Nm of torque.
Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6.2 s and the purely electric range is 56 km thanks to a separate battery. At the same time, the average fuel consumption in combined mode is declared at the level of 2.8 liters/100 km.
An excellent result for such a large car. Buyers will appreciate the opportunity to save money as the Lexus RX 450h + hybrid will allow less frequent visits to gas stations.
