Lazy patties in 10 minutes: the recipe for the easiest and most successful dough without yeast

If you want to cook delicious patties very quickly, culinary experts advise preparing liquid dough without kneading, without using yeast and cook them not in the oven, but just in a pan. For an original flavor, add boiled eggs, green onions, fried minced meat, sausage, ham, grated hard cheese to the dough.
Culinarian Valerie shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pan-fried lazy patties with onions and a hard-boiled egg.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Kefir - 400 ml
- Flour - 300 gr
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
For stuffing:
- Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- Green onions - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, salt, sugar and kefir with a whisk. Add the baking soda, flour and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
2. Add vegetable oil, finely chopped onion and boiled eggs, mix with a spoon.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon the batter out and fry on a low heat on both sides under a lid.
