Lazy dumplings in a new way for breakfast in 10 minutes: sharing an original recipe

The best breakfast dish is lazy dumplings. They can be made with different flours and even without flour, replacing it with coconut chips, for example.

The food blogger shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious lazy dumplings with coconut shavings that take just 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • sour milk cheese - 200 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • coconut chips - 2-3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 3-4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, coconut and mix well.

2. Add the flour, knead the dough, then divide and cut into small pieces.

3. Roll the balls with your hands.

 

4. Bring the water to a boil, drop the dumplings into the water and cook for 2-3 minutes until they float.

Serve the dumplings hot, you can add berries, condensed milk.
