This opinion was expressed by personal stylist and image coach Melissa Lind. In a commentary to, she said that a properly selected wardrobe will help women, especially those over 50, look flawless.

According to the expert, with age, the colour of hair, skin and eyes becomes lighter. And what suited us in our 20s, 30s or 40s may not be suitable in our 50s or 60s.

"Black creates shadows on the face, which makes signs of ageing, such as bags under the eyes, more noticeable. It makes you look tired and older than your age," said Melissa Lind.
