How to whiten a tulle to a new condition: an effective folk method

White tulle on the windows looks stylish and gentle and serves as a decoration of any interior. But translucent fabric also collects all the dust that enters the house from the street. Especially in the summertime, when the window is often open. Therefore, the problem arises of how and how to return the tulle whiteness without damaging the delicate fabric.
OBOZREVATEL found out a method that will help restore tulle to its original appearance. It does not require much effort and serious expense, and is not associated with the use of aggressive chemical bleaches.
The main trick is to maximize the action of an ordinary detergent - a powder or gel. And without resorting to chlorine, which can irreversibly damage tulle. You will need table salt.
To prepare a bleach solution, you need to take:
- your regular laundry detergent - 5 tablespoons;
- five tablespoons of salt;
- water at a temperature no higher than 40 degrees - 5 liters.
Salt and detergent are added to warm water and mixed thoroughly so that they dissolve completely. The tulle, which needs to be washed and bleached, is immersed in the resulting liquid for several hours. It is best to do it in the evening, so it soaks overnight.
In the morning, take the tulle out and rinse it gently, but thoroughly. After the thing dries naturally, you can hang it back - it will delight you with its pristine whiteness.
