Oatmeal is one of the most delicious and easy-to-cook porridge for a hearty and healthy breakfast. To give the dish a bright and original taste, you can add Parmesan, nuts, berries, hard cheese, poached eggs, butter to the porridge.

  • tangerines - 7 pcs.
  • olive oil - 50 ml
  • fresh rosemary - a sprig
  • maple syrup or honey - 1 tsp.
  • chili pepper flakes - 1/2 tsp.
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp.
  • sea salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the tangerines and divide into slices.

2. Pour oil into a frying pan, add rosemary, syrup, pepper, salt, cloves, stir. Pour the ready oil into a suitable bowl.

3. In a well heated frying pan add 2 tbsp. oil and place in a single layer tangerines. Stir gently and cook over the heat for a few minutes until the particles are lightly golden in color.

4. Afterwards, carefully transfer the tangerines to a jar of aromatic oil and leave them in it for 1 hour.

5. Boil salted oatmeal and place tangerines on top, drizzle with a teaspoon of flavored butter.
