How to make an ordinary frying pan non-stick: grandma's old secret

Using a frying pan for too long can cause even the non-stick coating to lose its function over time. Foods will start to burn, which, of course, will affect the quality and taste of dishes.
It is not always possible to buy a new frying pan, given how prices have risen over the past year. Therefore, OBOZREVATEL analyzed whether you can restore the non-stick coating, using cheap improvised means.
If you have old frying pans that have lost their non-stick properties over the years, try a simple lifehack. This method, by the way, was very popular with our grandmothers, because in the Soviet times of total scarcity there were difficulties even with the purchase of kitchen utensils.
On a hot frying pan should be poured a glass of rock salt. For about twenty minutes, leave the salt in the pan. Do not forget to stir with a spatula from time to time.
Then rinse the pan thoroughly with a soft sponge or cloth. There is no need to use detergent.
Dry the frying pan for a few minutes on low heat and lubricate it with a couple drops of vegetable oil. Repeat the procedure after 3-5 minutes. Then wipe the pan dry and you can use it for frying.
Earlier OBOZREVATEL told how apple cider vinegar and parchment will help to fight with sticking vegetables in the pan.
