How to get rid of bad odor in the kitchen: a simple way

What room in the house is a constant source of persistent odors that can be very unpleasant? Yes, you're right, it's the kitchen. Delicious foods such as fish, eggs, and cabbage leave behind a not-so-appetizing but very persistent smell in the air that needs to be dealt with somehow.

At first, this advice may seem paradoxical, but once you try this method, you will really feel its effectiveness. Perhaps the most effective odor absorber is white vinegar. It can even cope with the smell of fish.

The reason for the effectiveness of white vinegar is its acidity. It is acetic acid that is able to destroy aromatic molecules, including not very pleasant ones. Simply pour a little vinegar into a shallow, wide container and leave it on the table overnight. The greater the area of contact between the vinegar surface and air, the better it will do the job. The vinegar flavor itself can be easily removed by simply airing it out.

If you don't want the vinegar smell in your home under any circumstances, then prepare a freshener from the peel of one lemon, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, and a teaspoon of ground ginger. Pour all these products into a pot of boiling water and let them simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. The aromatic steam will remove all odors from your kitchen.

Don't forget to ventilate the room and turn on the hood when you cook or fry something. This will help to get rid of most of the unpleasant odors during the cooking process.
