Washing dishes after making dough can be very problematic because due to its texture, it sticks to a sponge or washcloth. It is almost impossible to clean the tool afterwards, and you just have to replace it with a new one. However, there is a way to simply wash the dishes from the dough residue and not ruin the sponge.
OBOZREVATEL tells you about a simple life hack. All you need is a little warm water. Important: if the water is hot, the protein in the dough residue will curdle and it will be more difficult to wash it.
Take all the utensils that have come into contact with the dough - bowls, spatulas, spoons, whisks, etc. - and put them together. Everything should fit comfortably enough. After that, cover all the items with water. In 10-20 minutes, the dough should be sufficiently wet and easily washed off under running water.
It is better to clean off what does not come off immediately with the same spatulas and whisk. They will also gradually get cleaner. When there is no dough left on the dishes, they can be washed in the usual way.
