In order for the dish to be juicy, you need to add vegetables and spices. Meat for the sausage can be cut into large pieces, as well as chopped finely, use ready-made minced meat.

Homemade Sausage


  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken thighs - 6 pcs.
  • Pork - 350g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Bay-leaf - 2 units.
  • Pepper - 7-10 pcs.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 5-6 pcs.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves.
  • Paprika - 1,5 tsp.
  • Broth - 350 ml
  • Gelatin - 10 gr

Method of preparation:

1. Cut onion, thighs and pork into pieces, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and pepper. Add boiling water, cook until tender 1-1.5 hours, skim off the foam occasionally. Then strain broth through a colander, cool and chop meat.
