Broccoli is not only a very useful vegetable, but also an ideal base for cooking salads, soups, fritters, snacks. But, it is necessary to remember that it can be boiled for no more than 2-3 minutes, so it will retain all the useful properties.

Culinarian Tati Chudnova shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious and healthy broccoli fritters with hard cheese.

Ingredients:

  • frozen broccoli - 300 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the broccoli for about 2 minutes and immediately put it in cold water.

2. After broccoli finely chop, transfer to a bowl, add egg, cheese, flour, salt, pepper and mix well.

3. Heat a frying pan and spoon out the dough and fry over medium heat on both sides.

Serve the dish with sour cream!
