Healthy beet salad: how to make a tasty dish in a new way

Beet salads are not only easy to prepare, but also very healthy and budget-friendly. In addition, beets go well with all vegetables and herbs, as well as nuts and cheese. But, it is best to dress salads not with mayonnaise, but with yogurt or flavor oils.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and healthy salad made of beets, with nuts and prunes.
Ingredients:
- beets - 3 pcs.
- walnuts - 100 g
- prunes - 150 g
- mayonnaise or yogurt - 2-3 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Roast the beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Pour the nuts into a pan and fry over low heat, stirring all the time. This will make them more aromatic and tasty. Cut them into small pieces with a knife.
3. The plums pour steep boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and dry with a paper towel and also cut into small pieces.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt and season with yogurt and mix well.
The salad will taste better if you let it stand for about 2 hours in the fridge!
