Cottage cheese Easter cake with vanilla, candied fruit and raisins

Cheese Easter cake:

1 kg of cottage cheese (9-15% fat content)

160 g yolk (8 eggs)

300 g sour cream (1.2 cans of 250 ml, 15-20% fat content)

160 g of flour (0,8 250 ml jars)

200 g of cooking oil (spreadable, 82% fat content)

vanilla sugar or vanilla seeds (optional)

Filling:

100 g of light raisins (4 tbsp)1

00 g of candied orange (you can use figs, dried apricots, dates, roasted walnuts or hazelnuts)

Cheese Easter cake:

1 kg cheese 9-15%

160 g yolk (8 eggs)

300 grams of sour cream (15-20% fat content)

200 g of boiled milk

200 g of cooking oil (spreadable, 82% fat content)

***50-70 sugar (2-3 tbsp with a slide, optional if you like it sweeter)

Filling:

150 g walnut (5 tbsp., you can use any kind of filler you like - candied fruits, dried fruits, grapes)

Cheese Easter cake:

1 kg of cheese (9-15% fat content)

200 g sour cream (15-20% fat content)

200 g of sugar(1 cup of 250 ml)

200 g of berry puree (pitted currant, you can use blueberry, raspberry or strawberry)

200 g butter (softened, 82% fat)

200 g eggs (4 pieces)

Filling:

150 g of dried cherries (5 tbsp, or cranberries, you can also use dried fruits, candied fruits, nuts)
