Berlin-style liver with apples and onions: how to cook a delicious dish

Chicken liver is not only healthy, but also very tasty product, which can be the basis for the preparation of salads, chops, minced cutlets, pancakes and stuffing for dumplings, pies, pies. It can also be deliciously cooked in the oven, pan-fried with onions, mushrooms and apples.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious liver salad with apples and onions that turns out very soft.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 400 g
- apples - 2 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp.
- frying oil
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
1. Slice the apples into rings, remove the cores, roast until tender, then transfer to a plate.
2. In the same pan, in the same oil, fry over moderate heat onion rings, and then liver cleaned of film and fat on low heat.
3. Place apples, onions, mix gently without damaging the apple rings, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
It would be delicious with mashed potatoes!
