Zucchinis stewed in cream: a delicious recipe in 15 minutes

Zucchinis are one of the easiest, yet most useful and budget-friendly vegetables. They can be used to make pies, casseroles, and snacks. They can also be marinated, canned, stewed, and fried.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious zucchini stew with onions, garlic, and cream.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2-3 pcs.
- green onions
- onions - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- cream - 150-200 ml
- water - 100 ml
- dill - bunch
- oil - for frying
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into rings and fry in vegetable oil on both sides, place on a dish.
Fry onion and carrot, and add chopped tomatoes, and add zucchini.
3. Pour in water, after cream, stir and stew for a few minutes.
4. At the end add salt, pepper, seasoning, garlic, and herbs, stir and stew for another minute, and remove from heat.
