Zucchini with stuffing and gravy for dinner: sharing a recipe for a delicious and easy dish
Zucchini are very budget, tasty and easy to prepare vegetables. They can be baked, fried, made into pancakes and cakes. You can also bake them in batter, make stews and soups.
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- minced meat - 230 g
- onions - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 150 g
- firm cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into circles. Cut out the shells.
2. Transfer them to a blender, add the onion, beat until smooth. Then add minced meat, salt, mix.
3. Sauce: Mix sour cream, grated cheese, garlic, chopped dill and stir.
4. Place the zucchini on a baking tray, place the filling in the middle, top with the sauce and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 C.
