Zucchini roll with tasty filling: recipe for dinner and holiday table

Zucchini is an ideal vegetable for making tasty appetizers, and it can also be used to make savory caviar, casseroles, pizza, cutlets and canned for the winter.
Cook Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious zucchini roll filled with cream cheese and vegetables.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 4 tbsp.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
For the filling:
- creamy cottage cheese - 180 g
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- cucumber - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Stuffing: cut tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into bars.
2. Base: grate the zucchini, salt, mix and set aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess liquid. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, salt and mix. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment, spread evenly and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180C.
3. Let cool, turn over, place the curd mixture and filling, roll up, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
4. Afterwards, cut into portioned pieces.
