Zucchini is a vegetable from which you can prepare a lot of delicious, healthy dishes. Starting from pancakes, fritters, ending with zakupochny rolls, pies and casseroles. More zucchini will be an ideal vegetable for canning and making caviar.

Cook Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for zucchini roll with a savory filling that takes only 25 minutes to prepare.

The recipe for the dish


  • zucchini - 500 g
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - pinch


  • cream cheese - 200 g
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • tomato, cucumber

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini, salt, mix and set aside to let it juice. After squeezing out the liquid and add eggs, sour cream, flour, mix until homogeneous and place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

2. Filling: mix all the ingredients, chop the tomatoes and cucumbers.

3. Then turn the crust over, remove the parchment and cover with the spread, place the tomatoes and cucumber, roll up tightly and cover with cling film. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
