Zucchini pizza without dough in 15 minutes: sharing the simplest recipe for an easy and successful dish
Pizza can be cooked from any dough, as well as from pita bread, or even replace it with vegetables. The ideal option will be a healthy zucchini. For the filling you can use any products that you like.
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- flour - 150 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- leavening agent - 6 g
- salt - a pinch
- dry herbs - a pinch
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess moisture. Add the egg, salt, herbs and mix thoroughly. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix.
2. Line a baking dish or tray with parchment and grease generously with oil, spoon out half of the dough and flatten. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 for 15-20 minutes.
3. After taking the pizza out, brush with tomato sauce, place any toppings, sprinkle cheese on top and bake again in the oven for 15 minutes.
