Zucchini fritters with corn and hard cheese in 15 minutes
Zucchini are ideal vegetables for making delicious fritters, pancakes, as well as salads. For winter, they can be used to make tasty appetizers, sauces and simply canned in circles with spices, garlic and onions.
- zucchini - 700 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- canned corn - 150 g
- flour - 3-4 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini on a large grater and squeeze off excess liquid.
2. Add eggs, salt, pepper, garlic to the dry mixture and mix. Add cheese, herbs and corn without liquid. Add sifted flour and mix again.
3. Fry the fritters until golden.
