Zucchini cutlets for dinner: cook for 15 minutes in the oven

Cutlets can be made not only from meat but also from vegetables. The ideal vegetable for this is zucchini, because it is juicy and the dish will be very soft and tasty.

Ingredients:
- medium-sized zucchini
- carrots - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- semolina - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- greens - a bunch
- salt, pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- sour cream - 60 g
- mayonnaise - 60 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- dill - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots, potatoes and zucchini on a fine grater, all separately.
2. Season the zucchini with salt and let stand for 5-10 minutes, then squeeze the zucchini and potatoes well from the liquid.
3. Transfer to a bowl and mix all the ingredients, pepper and salt.
4. Form patties with your hands and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
5. Then transfer to a baking sheet and cook in the oven for another 10-12 minutes at 180 C.
