Ingredients:
- Zucchini (without peel and seeds) - 3 pcs.
- Onions - 500 g
- Mayonnaise - 250 g
- Tomato paste - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 18 g
- Ground black pepper - 2.5 g
- Laurel leaf - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash zucchini, chop so that it is convenient to pass through a meat grinder. Cut the onion into 2 or 4 pieces. Peel the garlic. Put all the ingredients through a meat grinder.

2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, preferably with a thick bottom. Add the tomato paste and mayonnaise and stir.
3. Cook for about 1 hour until the mixture becomes thick. Then add sugar, salt and pepper and simmer for another 2 hours.
4. Transfer to sterile jars and preserve.
