Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2.5 kg
  • onion - 400 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml

Spices:

1 variant:

  • salt - 3 tsp.
  • sugar - 80 g
  • tomato paste - 250 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Сhop onions, grate carrots finely and fry in oil.

2. Grate zucchini on a fine grater, salt, mix and leave for 20 minutes, then squeeze off the juice and add zucchini to the stewed onions and carrots. Add the spices and spices from the first option. Mix well and simmer on a low heat under a lid for 45 minutes, stirring constantly.
