Zucchini casserole with minced meat and cheese: a perfect dinner dish

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- minced chicken - 500 g
- breadcrumbs - 100 g
- hard cheese -150 g
- dill
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini and carrots on a large grater, add diced onion, eggs, add breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, minced chicken, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
2. Cover the mold with parchment and grease with oil, transfer the prepared mixture, spread and cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
3. Then take out, sprinkle with chopped dill and grated cheese, put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream!
