Zucchini appetizer for a festive or every day table in 10 minutes

Zucchini can be a base for delicious, easy and quick dishes, including soups, pies and appetizer rolls. You can also make delicious caviar, sauces and canned salads from them.
Cook Natalia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious zucchini appetizer with tomatoes, cheese and herbs.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Milk - 4-5 tbsp.
- Feta cheese - 70-80 g
- Sour cream - 1,5 tbsp
- Dill - a bunch
- Basil, oregano (fresh or dry).
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini lengthwise into 0,3-04 cm slices and salt and pepper.
2. Beat egg, add flour and mix. Pour milk, add salt and stir until smooth.
3. Dip zucchini in egg and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden.
4. Add sour cream, chopped dill, basil abd oregano to the feta cheese for the filling and mix well.
5. Spread the filling on the zucchini, add a slice of tomato and wrap into rolls.
