Young potatoes in Ukraine can already be bought both at markets and in stores. You can prepare it in different ways: bake, boil, fry or cook on fire. Cooks advise dressing it with butter, but it will also be delicious with herbs and sour cream.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Young potatoes - 500 g
  • Sour cream 20% - 2 tbsp.
  • Capers - 1 tsp.
  • Green onions -1 tbsp.
  • Dill - 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sun-dried tomatoes - 2-3 slices

Method of preparation:

1. Boil potatoes.

2. Chop capers, green onions and herbs finely. Mix with sour cream and olive oil and stir to combine.

3. Add the prepared sauce to the potatoes and stir to combine.
