You don't need to make the dough: mushroom, cheese and parsley pie

Pies can be a great alternative to bread and pizzas. You can prepare them from different doughs and different fillings. They are delicious with cheese and mushrooms, as well as with minced meat and fish.
Cook Tatiana shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pie with mushrooms, mozzarella, onions and parsley.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry without yeast - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Mozzarella for pizza (hard) - 300 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Parsley - 30 g
- Egg for greasing - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, dry and chop the mushrooms. Finely chop parsley and onion.
2. In a well heated pan pour vegetable oil and add butter, fry onions and mushrooms until golden or almost cooked. Add the parsley, salt and stir.
3. Unroll the puff pastry, make small sides, place the mushrooms with onions and mozzarella. Brush the edges with egg and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
