You can cook kebabs from different meats, but pork and chicken will be the most delicious. But, it is very important to remember that the key to a delicious kebab is the marinade and the dishes in which you will cook it.
The chef shared on Instagram useful tips on what kind of dishes should never be used for barbecue.
Cooks advise against using aluminum utensils for marinating meat, otherwise the product will oxidize, and the consequences can be quite negative – up to and including poisoning.
It is best to marinate kebabs in clay, glass, wooden, or enamel dishes.
You can marinate meat at room temperature. But if it is going to stay in the marinade for more than two hours, it is better to put it in the fridge!
