Ingredients:
- Hard-boiled egg yolks - 4 pcs.
- Milk - 120 ml
- Oil - 360 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
- Mustard - 1.5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour salt, sugar, milk and oil into a mixing bowl. Use a high-powered blender to beat until smooth.

2. Mash the egg yolks with lemon juice and mustard with a fork, then add to the mayonnaise mixture and beat thoroughly with a blender.
How to make homemade mayonnaise with boiled egg yolks
