The simplest salad dressing is mayonnaise, which gives dishes a pleasant taste, but only if it is homemade mayonnaise. It is very quick and easy to prepare, and requires a minimum of ingredients. It is worth noting that it can be made without raw eggs.

Cook Valeria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light mayonnaise made with boiled eggs, oil, and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

  • Hard-boiled egg yolks - 4 pcs.
  • Milk - 120 ml
  • Oil - 360 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
  • Mustard - 1.5 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour salt, sugar, milk and oil into a mixing bowl. Use a high-powered blender to beat until smooth.

2. Mash the egg yolks with lemon juice and mustard with a fork, then add to the mayonnaise mixture and beat thoroughly with a blender.

Ready mayonnaise can be stored in a sealed container for up to 5-6 days!
