Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, openwork pancakes that turn out to be very flavorful and successful.
Ingredients:
- flour – 250 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- baking soda – 0.3 tsp.
- whey – 500-550 ml
- sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
- salt – a pinch
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add flour, and mix well.
2. Pour in 100 ml of whey, mix, add flour, pour in whey again, mix, pour in the oil, and mix well.
3. Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes, after which you can fry the pancakes.
Serve pancakes with sour cream, berries, and condensed milk.
