Without mayonnaise: a light Chinese cabbage salad for every day

Chinese cabbage can be the basis for making lazy cabbage rolls, as well as salads and snacks. It also goes well with all vegetables, meat, and seafood.
The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and light salad of Chinese cabbage, with fillets and without mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 1/2 pc. (medium cabbage) - 300 g
- canned pineapple - 1 can
- fried chicken fillet - 300 g
For the dressing:
- salt - 1 tsp (without a slide)
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- thick yogurt (preferably 8%) - 4 tbsp (with a slide)
For the marinade for chicken fillet:
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- curry - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp.
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1️. Chop the cabbage randomly, put it in a deep bowl, convenient for mixing.
2️. Rinse the chicken fillet, wipe it, add spices and fry in a hot frying pan, adding vegetable oil until cooked, fry with the lid closed over low heat, turning constantly. Then transfer to a plate and cool to room temperature and chop, transfer to a bowl with the cabbage.
3️. Cut the canned pineapples into slices and put them in a bowl with the other ingredients.
4️. For the dressing: add medium hot mustard, salt to thick yogurt and mix well.
5. Add to the chopped ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
