Curd casserole can be made with or without flour. To make it fluffy, add sour cream or yogurt and semolina to the base.

Cook Alina shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese casserole on Instagram, which is made without flour.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sour cream or yogurt - 130 g
  • semolina - 60 g
  • sugar - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the cottage cheese, add sugar, eggs, semolina, sour cream, mix or whip with a blender, leave for 20 minutes to swell the semolina.

2. Grease a baking dish with oil, pour the cottage cheese mixture, bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.
