One of the simplest, most satisfying and most delicious potato dishes is deruny. When cooking, chefs advise adding onions or onion juice to the base so that they do not turn dark and gray.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious and crispy deruny with garlic and minced meat on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of frozen chicken fillet or minced meat
- 800 g of potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper
- oil for frying
Sauce:
- sour cream, dill, paprika, dry garlic, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Grate potatoes, add minced meat, finely chopped onion, grated garlic, hard cheese, flour, sour cream, and spices and mix.
2. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and serve it with deruny.
