The liver is a very tasty, valuable, and healthy product that can be used to make salads and pates. Cutlets, chops, and rolls from the liver are also delicious.

Cook Mariia shared a recipe for delicious liver cutlets with sauce and grated cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver -–250 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Medium onion – 1 pc.
  • Corn flour, you can use ordinary flour
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil for frying

Sauce:

  • Sour cream can be mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Cheese – 50 g
  • Salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the liver into cubes, add the grated onion, egg, flour, salt, and mix everything.

2. Spoon the prepared mixture into a frying pan like pancakes and fry in a little oil, covering with a lid. Put on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

3. Sauce: mix sour cream with garlic and salt, and stir.

4. Grate the cheese.

5. Spread the cold "cutlets" with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
