Ingredients:

  • Flour – 150 g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Kefir – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Soda – on the tip of a teaspoon
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Spices (cinnamon, ginger)
  • Pumpkin puree – 80 g

Method of preparation:

1. For the puree: sprinkle the pumpkin with a little sugar and brush with butter, bake in the oven until tender.

2. Dough: mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, spices, baking soda, mix until smooth.
