Ingredients:
- oatmeal porridge
- green onions
- cherry tomatoes
- butter
- tomato paste
- sour cream
- mozzarella
- basil
Method of preparation:
1. Put oatmeal in boiling water and cook until tender.
2. Finely chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion, fry a little, add the tomato paste, cheese, basil, sour cream, and mix. Pour in the porridge and stir.
4. Boil a poached egg.
5. Put the porridge in a bowl, top with the egg and serve.
