Homemade cutlets are an ideal dish for lunch and a hearty dinner, which can be made from fillet, liver, rice, buckwheat, and vegetables. To make the chicken cutlets juicy, culinary experts advise adding vegetables, fried onions, and hard cheese to the base.

Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- flour - 70 g
- sour cream - 70 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cheese with a fork and mix it with the minced chicken. Add grated cheese, sour cream, eggs, spices and flour. Mix until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil well. Spoon the minced meat into the pan, forming a cutlet. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. Put the finished cutlets in a saucepan, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. These cutlets can be baked in the oven on greased parchment at 180 C for 10-15 minutes.
