Ingredients:

  • Minced pork - 1 kg
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 5-6 cloves.
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Bread - 5-6 slices
  • Milk (for bread) - 1/2 cup
  • Spices for the minced meat
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the bread with milk.

2. Put the onion and garlic in a blender, add the egg, bread, and blend.

3. Add the minced meat and spices to the mixture and mix.

4. Shape the patties with your hands, place them on greased parchment and bake.
