Ingredients:

  • Fillet – 3 pcs.
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Bread – 5 slices
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Mushrooms – 600 g
  • Salt, pepper, seasoning for cutlets
  • Oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the onion, and chop it finely. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry together until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
