Homemade cutlets - a very simple but tasty and nourishing dish for a hearty lunch, which can be prepared not only from meat but also from vegetables, fish, and legumes. To make the cutlets juicy, add vegetables to the filling, such as carrots, onions, and zucchini.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- milk - 100 ml
- white bread without crusts - 100 g
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste
- bread crumbs
- frying oil
Method of cooking:
1. Pass the fillets through a meat grinder.
2. Peel vegetables, and beat until smooth in a blender. Add milk, and white bread and beat again.
3. Add the vegetable mixture to the mince, add spices, and mix well.
4. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs, and fry until golden.
