The simplest meat dish is cutlets. They can be made from meat, fish, as well as legumes and vegetables. Culinary experts advise adding fried onions, as well as hard or cottage cheese, to minced meat to make cutlets juicy.

Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- flour - 70 g
- sour cream - 70 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, mix it with the minced chicken, add the grated cheese, sour cream, eggs, spices, and flour and mix until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil well, spoon the minced meat into the pan, forming a cutlet. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Put the finished cutlets in a saucepan, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. These cutlets can be baked in the oven on a greased parchment at 180 C for 10-15 minutes.
