Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making delicious cutlets, chops and salads. To keep the shape of such cutlets and make them juicy, cooks recommend adding lard and cream to the minced meat.
The cook shared a recipe for very juicy chicken cutlets with cream and bacon on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Lard - 300 g
- Onions - 3 pcs.
- Cream 10% - 100 ml
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Butter
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet, lard and onion. Pass through a meat grinder.
2. Add cream and spices and mix well.
3. Form cutlets and fry.
