Cook Anna shared on her Instagram the secret of a fluffy omelet that always turns out to be very tasty and tall.
To make an airy and fluffy omelet, add sour cream to the egg mixture and cook the dish under the lid.
Ingredients for an omelet:
- eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- sour cream - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- butter - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt. Add sour cream and mix.
2. Heat a frying pan, melt butter, pour in the egg mixture, cover and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Serve the omelet hot with fresh vegetables and herbs.
