What onion to add to cutlets to make them juicy

The simplest and most hearty dish from minced meat is cutlets. For them to be juicy, cooks advise adding fried onions and no more than 2 eggs.
Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for flavorful, juicy chicken cutlets with fried onions, which will be very tasty.
Tip: fried onions will give the cutlets a very pleasant flavor and make the meat juicy. It is better to use meat from chicken thighs, they will be even juicier with it!
Ingredients:
- chicken - 1.3 kg
- onion - 400 g
- butter - 40 g
- white bread - 180 g
- milk - 250 ml
- garlic - 4 cloves
- spices: salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
- parsley - 1/2 bundle
- frying oil
Cooking method:
1. Cut onions and fry in oil until soft and transparent. Add squeezed garlic and mix.
2- Pour milk over bread.
3. Wash and dry chicken and put it through a meat grinder.
4. Grind fried onions and squeezed bread as well. Add spices and finely chopped parsley. Mix well and beat the minced meat.
5. Spoon the mince into the palm of your hand, form cutlets and baste each one lightly in your hands. Fry in heated oil over medium heat until crisp on both sides. If desired, the fried cutlets can additionally be placed in a baking dish and baked in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 C.
