Culinary expert Oleksandr Hromliuk shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and very quick healthy salmon appetizer - Rillettes.

Recipe of the dish

Ingredients:

  • Salmon - 300 g
  • Cream cheese - 300 g
  • Lemon - 50 g
  • Parsley - 4 g
  • Ciabatta - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the salmon in a baking dish, bake until tender.

2. Put the cooked salmon in a bowl, mash with a fork, add lemon zest, cream cheese and parsley, mix until tender.

Preparing the appetizer

3. Fry the ciabatta until golden brown.

Put the appetizer on the bread and serve!
