What fruit to add to pork to make it soft: sharing tips and recipe

You can cook meat in different ways: baked, boiled, stewed, and roasted. If you cook pork and want it to be soft and juicy, culinary experts advise adding fruit, such as pears, when cooking.
Cook Anastasia shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, soft, juicy pork, with pear, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients:
- pork - 500 g
- pears - 3 pcs.
- onions - 1 pc.
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- rosemary - 1 sprig
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into steaks or strips 2 cm thick, rub with salt, pepper and oil. Fry on high heat for about 5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
2. When you flip the meat to the other side, add the onion sliced in half rings and fry for another 5 minutes, reduce the heat.
3. Next, add chopped pears, rosemary, pour the vinegar and honey, cover and leave to stew for 15 minutes.
