If you want to make a delicious, hearty, and very simple dish, cream soup is the perfect option. You can make it with seasonal vegetables, a delicious broth, turmeric, processed cheese, and breadcrumbs.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for a flavorful cream soup with processed cheese and vegetables on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • water or broth – 1.2 liters
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • carrot – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 2 cloves.
  • turmeric – 1/3 tsp.
  • processed Cheddar or cream cheese – 2 pcs.
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the vegetables, grate the carrots, cut the onions into small cubes, and fry until golden brown.

2. Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, and garlic to the boiling broth/water. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the roast, turmeric, salt, and chopped processed cheese and cook for a few minutes.

3. Blend the soup thoroughly and bring to a boil again.

Serve the cream soup with toasted croutons and sprinkle with parmesan or other salty cheese on top if desired!
