- lettuce leaves - 100 g
- halloumi cheese
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- radish, but you can use cucumbers
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
For the sauce:
- juice of half an orange
- zest of half an orange without white peel
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. tbsp.
- sweet mustard - 1 tsp.
