Pork ribs are often hard and dry, and they often burn in the pan. Cooks advise marinating them before cooking.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, juicy braised pork ribs with onions and carrots.
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs – 1.5 kg
- Carrots – 2 pcs.
- Onions – 3 pcs.
- Spices – salt, cumin, suneli hops, granulated garlic – 0.5 tsp.
- Water – 150 ml
- Garlic – 5 cloves.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the ribs, remove the films, and cut them.
2. Add the spices and mix well.
3. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into cubes.
4. Fry the ribs on both sides, put the spices in the center of the pan and fry them.
5. Add onions and carrots, garlic and water, stir, and simmer under the lid.
