Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs – 1.5 kg
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Onions – 3 pcs.
  • Spices – salt, cumin, suneli hops, granulated garlic – 0.5 tsp.
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Garlic – 5 cloves.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the ribs, remove the films, and cut them.
