Useful and light salad for those on a diet: sharing the easiest recipe

If you are on a diet, but want to prepare a delicious and hearty dish, which at the same time will be light, the best option would be any vegetable salad. You can add meat, fish, seafood, low-fat cheese, greens, butter, citrus fruits to it.
Culinarian Tati Chudnova shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious dietary salad made with greens, filet and cheese.
Ingredients:
- mixed salad
- chicken fillet baked in spices
- cherry
- mozzarella cheese
- grapefruit
Dressing:
- grapefruit juice (from one slice)
- honey - 20 g
- mustard in grains - 20 g
- balsamic sauce/vinegar - 20 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- olive oil / vegetable oil - 60 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the fillet with spices.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the peeled grapefruit in half.

3. Wash the lettuce leaves.
4. Cut the mozzarella into chunks.
